2-Ingredient Chocolate Tahini Fudge

I always make a big family dinner on Friday nights, as per tradition.
I have been recovering from a minor surgery this week so didn't want to put too much time or energy into dinner this week but still wanted a chocolatey dessert.
I had no idea if this would work but decided to literally just melt chocolate and tahini together (because there is no greater combo in my opinion) and see what happens.
Usually I would have added coconut oil to make it stick together, but I left it to see what would happen, and what happened was this amazing "fudge".
Couldn't be easier to make and genuinely still quite impressive as a dessert (or snack for pretty much any time of any day!).
Ingredients
- 1 large organic dark chocolate block or bag of dark chocolate chips, around 33g. If using raw chocolate, add some maple
- 1 cup tahini
- Handful sesame seeds to top
Method
Melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
As it melts, add in the tahini and stir gently until all the chocolate is melted and everything is soft.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper, grease with coconut oil and pour the mixture in.
Put it in the fridge for 20 minutes, then sprinkle over the seasame seeds.
Put back in the fridge for another hour, or until completely set, then cut into chunks and store in an airtight container in the fridge for the perfect fudgey consistency.
In love & health,
Lauren
