Free Trial for Monthly Members
- Monthly memberships include a 7-day free trial.
- You will not be charged if you cancel within the 7-day trial period.
- After the trial period ends, your membership will automatically convert into a rolling monthly subscription, and the full monthly fee will be charged.
- No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions once the 7-day trial has ended.
Annual Membership Refunds
- Annual memberships are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of purchase.
- After the initial 7 days, the annual membership becomes non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Rolling Subscriptions
All memberships—whether monthly or annual—are rolling subscriptions. This means your membership will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to your renewal date.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note:
- We do not process cancellations on behalf of members.
- Cancellations must be done via the Heartbeat app on a computer by navigating to: Profile Settings > Billing.
Once cancelled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.
