Another wonderfully palatable and nutritious baby blend for weaning onto solids…
Ingredients (to make enough to freeze in small portion sizes in a food cube tray)
2 leeks
Half a cauliflower
2 sweet potatoes
Method
Peel and chop the sweet potatoes, cut the cauliflower into florets and chop the leeks, then place into steamer and steam until soft.
Blend until desired consistency and freeze in smaller batches.
